Home Indemnity Insurance

Willis Temby is proud to be one of the select brokers in Western Australia authorised to provide QBE Home Indemnity Insurance (HII).

Often referred to as Home Warranty or Builders warranty, HII is a mandated consumer protection product, required for residential building works above $20,000, unless exempt*.

Under WA legislation, licensed builders must purchase this cover on behalf of the homeowner. It provides vital protection against risks such as the loss of deposit and safeguards homeowners if the builder dies, disappears or becomes insolvent.

Presently, Willis Temby is managing Home Indemnity Reviews for builders with current eligibility and applications for new builders, free of charge. If you’re considering moving from your existing provider or looking to secure cover for the first time, we’re here to make the process simple and seamless.
